52" Steinway Upright Grand,
case to be combination of Mahogany and black
ebony, #79,357 priced
under $10,000. Rebuilding in progress. Available January or February
1998.
This is an original beast
before the restoration. This is a 52" upright grand case, which hopefully
can be refinished back to the original mahogany, and may have some ebony
finish on parts of the case by the time we are through. Note the fluted
carving on the legs, as well as that on the front of the case. These are
just as much musical instruments in restored condition as the grand cases.
The soundboard is now currently being repaired. What Fun! Keep on Going,
