Th Ole Bear ain't gonna lie to you about Vintage Pianofortes, Real Estate, Wall Street, Global Economics, Austrian Economics, or Ludwig von Mises, all of which formulate my current assessment of the Vintage Pianoforte Market. I am a composer, musician, vintage pianoforte aficionado, understand the rebuilding process, understand market values of vintage pianoforte's in their respective markets, and know the vintage pianoforte market. I learned about touch and tone from Mr. Frank Hennessy, RPT, here in Columbia, MiZZouRah of all places on Earth. I taught myself form and function. Nope, I am not a piano technician (RPT) in the Piano Technicians Guild out of Kansas City, MO. But, I have been to some of their conventions, and taken some of their classes, just for grins. Many Vintage Rebuilders leave money on the table... they don't understand the time value of money or their true cost of labor.

Pianos for Sale!

Simple... if you have put off buying a vintage pianoforte critter because you ain't got the money, you ain't found the right one, you are waiting for the prices to come down, or you are looking for something that don't exist... you are fooling nobody but yourself! You don't understand the Global Economics of the Situation. Unlike Federal Reserve Tokens (aka, Notes, but they are not really notes, Kiddies!)... Mr. Greenspan can't make a vintage pianoforte, although he can print legal tender fiat paper currency till the central bank steals the other 2-5% of the value of the Constitutionally defined US Dollar which is a measure of weight at 371.25 grains of fine silver....

Argentina is in total financial and legal tender fiat paper currency meltdown! It happened in Turkey in 2000! The American Central Bank, aka, the Federal Reserve, which is neither Federal, nor a Reserve of any kind, has stolen 95-98% of the purchasing power of your U.S.Constitutionally defined US Dollar since this rascal European and American Family central bank was hoodwinked over the American People on December 23, 1913 to pay for WWI. Also, at the same time, the 16th Amendment was passed.... Duh? Sixteenth Amendment? The Income Tax, but our research indicates it was never properly ratified by the States! You forego your 5th Amendment Rights when you file a 1040 to the Internal Revenue Service on April 15th. Yep, you been asleep at the switch and Dumbed Down, just like the Rest of America for nearly 100 years.

What else do my vintage customers need to know?

The relationship between the GSE money pump, the central bank prime directive, and as a corollary, the real estate markets bubble in the greater cosmos... and an understanding of the Money Issue. You need to know that this is the biggest stock, debt, credit, real estate mania in 400 years of global economic history. I will also tell you another little bit of trivia you don't want to hear... the central bank manipulates Wall Street as well as the free hand of the markets, aka ADAM SMITH, Wealth of Nations. The manipulation of the price of gold (POG) since the mid-90s is all over the Internet, but not on the CNBC or National News... that's why I have a Gold Page. Gold is holding just over $300/oz... what is the true price of gold bullion? In my view... nearly double... when this webpage was revised! I like gold... but I can't play it like I can a pianoforte!

Why do you need to know these issues?
Because...

Vintage pianos are as good as gold bullion in our view... as per our previous market alerts on vintage and position papers! When you can take a junk heap art case costing $40,000 or less, spend $40,000 or less to restore it, and have it be worth over $100,000, you made some money, huh? Take the same scenario, add to it the central bank stealing value by printing more and more of the legal tender fiat paper currency, and your restoration may be worth double. What is inflation? Nope, not higher prices...! The classic economic definition of inflation is more legal tender pieces of paper, i.e., money, chasing fewer goods and services. Prices on vintage are going to go up, as no one is mass producing these art case instruments! It is a no brainer, Folks, and not nuclear physics!

I love gold bullion, but I can't play it like a vintage pianoforte or my Baldwin SD-10. I paid just a little over $20,000 for my Baldwin SD-10 in 1995 as a 8 year old artist series grand through Frank Hennessy here in Columbia, MO. Today, the instrument is worth in excess of $40,000+..... A brand new one at the nationally advertised price is in excess of $65,000, Folks. Want a Steinway D concert Grand... $86,000 to $90,000+- and change, plus sales tax! The value of your money is going downhill, and fast thanks to Mr. Magoo, aka the Grand Vizier, aka Easy Al the Putt Writer's Pal!  Wake up, and smell the coffee!
